Experience the iconic and sun-drenched spirit of the Andes with our Colombian Medium Roast, a lively single-origin coffee that perfectly balances comfort and fruit-driven complexity.

Sourced from the high-elevation slopes of the legendary Tolima region, this coffee is grown by passionate smallholder farmers at staggering heights of 1,500 to 2,100 meters. The cherries mature slowly in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil, developing dense beans with highly concentrated natural sugars. To preserve absolute clarity and protect the harvest from unpredictable mountain rains, the beans are fully washed and carefully dried in protected solar dryers.

Our medium roast brings out the classic, crowd-pleasing qualities of the Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varietals. Every sip yields a smooth, versatile profile that begins with a pop of dried orange brightness, unfolds into a layer of juicy berry, and grounds itself with a smooth, comforting chocolate finish.
