This lot is sourced from passionate micro-farms in the lush Alajuela region, bordering the famed high-altitude hills of San Marcos de Tarrazú. Grown at elevations of 1,300 to 1,600 meters in nutrient-dense volcanic loam soil, premium Caturra and Catuai varieties are allowed to mature slowly to peak sweetness. To honor Costa Rica's commitment to sustainability, these cherries are processed using the modern eco-pulped method—massively reducing water usage—before being spread out to dry naturally in the sun.


Our medium roast brings out the incredibly clean, fruit-driven profile of these beans. Each sip delivers a delightfully smooth experience characterized by the crispness of sweet apple, the rich depth of sun-dried raisin, and a warm, lingering finish of pure honey sweetness.
