Indulge in a decadent and richly complex cup with our Guatemala Medium Roast, a prized standout among our best-selling products.
This exceptional coffee is sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers in the central highlands of Antigua. Nestled in a valley surrounded by three majestic volcanoes, these high-altitude farms benefit from nutrient-dense clay mineral soils and a climate that allows the cherries to mature slowly. Hand-picked across a range of traditional heirloom varieties—including Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Typica, and Costa Rica 95—these beans are fully washed and sun-dried to lock in maximum sweetness and absolute cup clarity.
Our medium roast strikes the perfect balance between comfort and vibrancy. The heavy, volcanic-soil foundation delivers a thick, luxurious mouthfeel driven by notes of rich dark chocolate and sweet butterscotch. This comforting base is beautifully elevated by a surprising pop of bright fruit on the finish.
