Grown by small agricultural cooperatives in the rugged Chimbu Province, this exceptional coffee is cultivated at high altitudes of 1,350 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil. Hand-picked from heirloom Bourbon and Typica varieties, the beans are fully washed and sun-dried to unlock their purest characteristics.
The result is a beautifully complex coffee featuring a balanced body and a bright, medium-to-high acidity. Each sip reveals an elegant, tea-like bouquet of jasmine and delicate florals, which seamlessly gives way to bright citrus notes and a sweet, smooth caramel finish.
