Immerse yourself in a legendary coffee experience with our
a distinct and unforgettable favorite among our best-selling products.
This exceptional lot is produced by the dedicated farmers of the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative, grown at high altitudes of 1,100 to 1,600 meters in the rich volcanic soil of the Gayo highlands. It features a complex blend of local heirloom varietals—including Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember—cultivated in a perfect, high-humidity microclimate.
What truly defines this coffee is the traditional Giling Basah (Wet-Hulling) processing method unique to Indonesia. By removing the parchment layer while the beans are still moist, it reduces perceived acidity and unlocks an incredibly heavy, syrupy body that completely coats the palate. Every cup reveals a deeply comforting profile of bittersweet dark chocolate and rich dried fruit, beautifully balanced by complex, rustic, and earthy undertones with a long, lingering finish.
