Cultivated by small cooperative farmers at staggering heights of 1,200 to 1,900 meters, classic heirloom Bourbon and Kent varietals thrive in nutrient-rich clay mineral soils. To ensure absolute clarity and a clean finish, the cherries are fully washed and meticulously sun-dried on raised beds.

The roasting process is kept medium-to-light to preserve the raw, vibrant character of the region. It pours with a sweet, fruit-forward profile that mirrors a fine, complex tea. Each sip leads with a crisp note of juicy pear, opening up into an aromatic bouquet of florals and jasmine, and finishing with a bright, sweet touch of fresh strawberry.
